    1. I re-read this play yesterday after having been one of the interns for the new play festival HOT TPYE in 2002, and met and worked with Hilly Hicks, Jr at that time. I remembered liking the play. I still do, especially the family dynamics of the father (a Vietnam vet) and his slacker first son, Gus. I liked the absurdity of it, but there are definitely parts that are now dated, since its reading in 2002i.e. internet diaries vs. blogsI don't think we knew what was to come in only a couple of years [...]
